Today we are pleased to inform you the roll out of the Special Employee Referral Program targeted at hiring Engineering graduates only.
We are looking at candidates to work with us in the Application Delivery and Infrastructure & Operations areas.

We encourage you to refer candidates who fulfill the following criteria only:

Year of Passing
Candidates who have graduated in 2010 alone will be considered.
Academic Performance
60 % and above in Std. X, XII & 65% and above in Engineering.
Disciplines
BE/ B’Tech – CS, IT, IS and ECE branches only. Other disciplines won’t be considered for this process.
Colleges considered
Preference will be given to students who are from the Top Engineering Colleges.

The position offered to the candidate would be “Graduate Engineer Trainee” in our Volvo IT Business Unit, located in Bangalore. Gross compensation package will be compensated as applicable to Grade L1 in the company.
