Skill Requirement (JD) Protocol developers Protocol  Developers(4+yrs)- Wireless protocol experience : RRC, RLC, MAC Wireless DSP Wireless DSP development experience : MATLAB , TI/ Freescale Processors EMS Developers Core Java EMS development: SWING, XML SOAP, Work exp in element managment system, NMS Development Engineer 1. Good knowledge of one of IP networking protocol (Ethernet, 802.3, STP, RSTP, MSTP, VLAN, MPLS, PPP, 802.1X, RIP, OSPF, BGP, IGMP, IGRP, EIGRP, RSVP, QoS, LACP, ISIS, etc) 2. Embedded C, Linux 3. Strong debugging skill using Debugging tools (GDB or JTAG) 4. SNMP, Device driver, API development experience 5.
