Job Location for all the positions are based in Hyderabad.
1) Design Engineers/Senior Design Engineers -FEA:
Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical)/M.Tech (Mechanical) Experience: 2-5 Years
The candidates should: Have experience in FEA simulations for Heavy engineering / Marine / Automobile industry segments. Should be conversant with ANSYS Classic / ANSYS Workbench / Hypermesh / ABAQUS tools.
2) Design Engineers – Catia :
Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical), Experience: 2-4 Years
The candidates should: Have Mechanical Engineering Experience with Modeling and detailing, preferably in Rail Domain in CATIA V5. Create Manufacturing drawings along with Models and Assemblies for components, Sheet Metal parts, Sub assemblies and Assemblies. Create Bill of Materials in Product Data Management. Change Management for Bill of Materials and drawings.
3) Tool Design/Product Definition:
Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech, Experience: 3-7 Years
The candidates should: Have working experience in Tool design (Assembly/machining/welding), Manufacturing (Casting/machining/forging), actuations systems (hydraulic). Should have Knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals, GD&T, Drawings reading & interpretation skills & Design skills. Should have experience in UG/ Solidworks/Catia v5/Auto-CAD.
4) Senior Design Engineers - RAMS/LCC:
Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical), Experience: 4-6 Years
The candidates should: Understand the RAMS/LCC performance and drivers of current products. Analyse field data and participate in the fracas process together with the warranty engineer in the FRACAS process doing FMEA, LCC Calculation, Maintainability Analysis & Data collection and analysis
5) Senior Design Engineers –Pro E/ UG :
Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical), Experience: 4-6 Years
The candidates should have: Experience in Product Design, Concept design, Reverse Engineering , 3D modeling and 2D drafting out of which a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in UGNX6 or Pro-E (wildfire 3 & 4). Exposure to other design software & PDM will be an added advantage.
6) Senior Design Engineers /Team Leads - Special Purpose Machines:
Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical), Experience: 4-9 Years
The candidates should have: Experience in designing of SPM/Fixture/Equipments using Mechanisms, pneumatics & hydraulics with good experience of design software packages like Unigraphics is a must. Exposure to Solid Works, Pro-E and Knowledge of PLM & PDM tools like Team Center engineering will be an added advantage.
7) Senior Design Engineer/ Design Engineer- Mold Flow:
Qualification: Diploma in plastic design / B.Tech. or M.Tech (Mechanical/ Plastics/Polymers), Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic part design and mold flow analysis.
Job description:
Responsible for performing the plastic part mold flow analysis includes Filling, Packing, Cooling, warpage analysis. Able to manage Testing & validation activities, Product quality and Process improvement. Identify the risks and mitigate in the early stages of the project. To work closely with Customer and Product design teams to provide the solutions for better design.
Experience:
• Able to perform Moldflow simulation and posse’s strong knowledge in interpreting skills and suggest part developers for improvement.
• Excellent knowledge in Plastic materials and injection molding process.
• Identifies the cause of any injection molded part defects, and solve problems independently.
• Direct Client interaction & Technical Service for customer issues.
• Should have Exposure in Autodesk Moldflow software and able to perform all kind of analyses, [Filling, Packing, Cooling, warpage analyses]
• Hypermesh/ Ansys tool will be added advantage.
8) Team Leaders – Electronics Hardware Testing:
Qualification: Diploma / M.Sc / B.Tech in Electronics and communication engineering, Experience: At least 5 years of Experience in Electronics domain R&D field/ QA.
Job description:
Responsible for manage the Testing & validation activities, Product quality, Productivity, Process improvement and team utilization. Identify the risks and mitigate in the early stages of the project. Develop competency and coaching team to bring them up to speed.
Experience:
• Functional knowledge of consumer products & appliance.
• Hardware testing and validation
• Trouble shooting and finding Root cause analysis
• Communication & Presentation skills
• Ability to motivate and coach team members
9) Second line Engineers - Electronics Hardware Testing:
Qualification: Diploma / M.Sc / B.Tech in Electronics and communication engineering, Experience: At least 2 years of Experience in Electronics domain R&D field/ QA.
Job description:
Responsible to study & understand the functionality, write & validate the test cases and mapping the functionality of the electronics consumer products. Need to have experience in manual or automatic testing tools. Develop competency and coaching testing team to bring them up to level.
Experience:
• Functional knowledge of consumer products & appliance.
• Experience in Generating and validating test cases.
• Knowledge on Manual or automatic testing tools
• Experience in Hardware testing and validation. Trouble shooting and finding Root cause analysis.
10) Junior Engineers - Electronics Hardware Testing:
Qualification: Diploma / M.Sc / B.Tech in Electronics and communication engineering, Experience: At least 1 year of Experience in Electronics domain R&D field/ QA.
Job description:
Responsible to study & understanding the functionalities of electronic consumer products. Ability to testing & validating the test results as per the instructions.
11) Graphical Programmers:
Qualification: Any B.Tech/M.Tech; Experience: 3-8 Years
The candidates should have: Experience in C/C++ , Qt and Open GL Programming skills and should be familiar with 2D and 3D graphics programming
.
12) UFUNC Programmer:
Should have 2-6 years of experience in UFUNC with good C / C++ / C# programming exp.
13) Knowledge Fusion programmer:
Should have 2-6 years of experience in Knowledge Fusion with good C / C++ / C# programming exp.
14) HMI programmer:
2-8 years of experience in HMI programming. Should have a basic knowledge of feedback control systems, ifix. Defining HMI screens, placing objects on the screens, and mapping objects to data points to specific addresses.
15) LabView Programmer:
An engineer with a minimum of 2 years LabVIEW experience, a basic understanding of control systems is required. Required to develop interfaces for power plant simulation systems
16) Python programmer:
More than 2 years experience in C++/Python Programming.
17) Modeling Engineers:
M.Tech – Mechanical with specialisatioin in Thermal/Fluid dynamics/Aero engineering
More than 2 years experience in modeling aerospace systems at component level using Matlab/EASY5 any other modeling tool.
